Deluxe Interiors is a premium home furniture retailer based in West Yorkshire, specialising in bespoke bed frames. In addition to their signature bedroom range, they also offer stylish living room and dining room furniture.

The Brief

Despite launching on Amazon over two years prior, Deluxe Interiors had yet to see meaningful growth. Their organic rankings were low, and their existing Amazon advertising efforts were underperforming, limiting visibility and sales.

The Solution

We began by auditing Deluxe Interiors’ product listings, optimising titles, descriptions, features, and backend search terms to boost conversions and organic visibility before any ad spend. We also redesigned their Amazon Brand Store to create a conversion-focused hub for Sponsored Brands campaigns. With the foundations in place, we overhauled their Amazon advertising strategy, using keyword research and historical data to build a segmented campaign structure by product range. We launched a mix of automatic and manual Sponsored Products campaigns, along with Sponsored Brands Store Spotlight, Sponsored Display, and Video campaigns to increase visibility and highlight key product features. Retargeting campaigns were also introduced to re-engage potential customers.

Within two months, Deluxe Interiors saw ad sales rise by 359%, ROAS improve by 45%, and CPC drop by 61%, setting the stage for continued growth under B2’s management.
